Adaptation station head: IC670GBI002/IC670GBI102D/IC670CPU350; Base IC670TBM002, supports I/O hot plugging.

Main functions
PNP source output, providing+24VDC to the load; Connect the other end of the load to a DC 0V.
Suitable for low current loads: indicator lights, small intermediate relay coils; Not suitable for directly driving high-power solenoid valves.
Output read back verification, BIU performs loop back verification on output data, and uploads faults to the upper PLC.
Hot swappable: Replace modules with power on without interrupting Genius bus communication.
Receive output instructions from BIU or IC670CPU350, controlled by the 90-30/90-70/RX3i host through the Genius bus.

Scenario 1: Genius remote I/O station for power plant auxiliary control
Architecture: 90-70 host+Genius bus+IC670GBI002 remote station
MDL740: Drive local indicator lights, light signs, 24V small intermediate relays; The relay then drives the solenoid valve and contactor.
Paired with MDL640/MDL644 for DI input, MDL730 specifically drives solenoid valves.
Scenario 2: Large number of signal indications for water treatment and conveyor lines
Remote I/O station requires a large number of switch outputs for status indication, with low load current. Using MDL740 saves backplane slots and occupies one module for 16 points.
Scenario 3: IC670CPU350 Local Intelligent Station
CPU local logic output controls local indicator lights and intermediate relays to reduce Genius bus communication latency.
