Different from the 24V input of the DSDX452, the DSDX453 is dedicated to collecting 48VDC on-site switch signals, adapting to high-voltage limit and heavy-duty equipment feedback circuits, and covering more industrial field voltage specifications.
Internal bus data transparent transmission, unified management by the main unit
All I/O signals are uploaded to the DSDX452 main unit through the extension cable, and then packaged and uploaded to the DCS main control by the main unit; The expansion unit does not have an independent bus interface, and fault diagnosis and data scanning are all coordinated by the main unit.
Full channel hardware diagnosis+status LED
Each DI/DO independent operation indicator light, real-time detection of circuit disconnection, short circuit, and relay contact damage; Summarize the fault information to the main unit and upload it to the AC410/AC450 controller for centralized alarm in the control room.
Hardware stabilization and configurable output mode
DI has built-in multi-level hardware filtering to eliminate mechanical contact jitter and false triggering; DO supports software switching between pulse instantaneous output/self-locking holding output, suitable for interlocking, valve, and sound and light alarm control.
