32 channel 24VDC switch signal acquisition
Divided into 4 groups x 8 channels, compatible with dry contact passive switches (limit, valve feedback, relay contacts) and active 24VDC wet contact signals; The module comes with a built-in circuit power supply, which can drive passive contacts without the need for an external on-site power supply.
Grouping optoelectronic isolation anti-interference

By bidirectional transmission of switch status between the DSBB110A/DSBB175 backplane bus and the main control, CPU logic computing resources are not occupied, ensuring real-time scanning of the control circuit.
Hot swappable online maintenance
The replacement of the cabinet with live plugging and unplugging does not require stopping the machine or interrupting the acquisition of the remaining 31 DI signals, and does not affect the continuous production of the entire device.
