1. 4-channel independent DriveBus fiber optic bus
A single module is divided into 4 completely isolated fiber optic drive buses, each link is independently networked and does not interfere with each other:
The transmission of different process sections of the rolling mill and paper machine can be grouped and isolated, and a single fiber optic failure does not affect other process sections;
No need to stack multiple CI858K01 modules, a single card can support large-scale multi motor synchronous transmission systems, saving controller backplane slots.
2. Full fiber isolation with ultimate anti-interference capability
Fiber optic media completely isolates common mode interference and ground loop current of frequency converters, and there are no communication jumps or wire breaks in high-power steel rolling and papermaking strong electromagnetic workshops.
3. Flexible topology networking
Each channel is equipped with NDBU fiber optic splitters, supporting star/chain topologies; Four channels can be respectively connected to four independent transmission units: main drive, winding, auxiliary drive, and process roller conveyor.
4. Independent channel fault diagnosis
4 separate fiber optic channels for monitoring wire breakage, optical power attenuation, and frequency converter offline; Fault codes are uploaded to the controller through different channels, accurately locating single link faults and increasing the efficiency of operation and maintenance troubleshooting.
5. Online hot swappable maintenance
Support the replacement of modules with the whole machine powered on, without interrupting the transmission control of the other three fiber channels, and without the need for full line shutdown for maintenance.
6. High precision synchronous closed-loop control
The 8Mbps high-speed bus meets the synchronous control of multiple motor torque/speed, suitable for high-speed film, cold rolling, and large-scale paper machine synchronous processes, with real-time performance better than Profibus DP.
