High precision amplification of weak differential signals
Processing small differential signals at the μ V/mV level of the thermal conductivity cell sensor, with a full-scale accuracy of up to ± 0.1% FS * *, and built-in low-pass filtering to eliminate on-site power frequency and frequency conversion interference.
Multi standard signal compatibility
Input: thermocouple, mV differential, 0-5V voltage, passive 4-20mA transmitter
Output: 4-20mA, 0-10V DC, switch gain and range through onboard dip switch
Active/Passive Output Modes Optional
Factory default 4-20mA active output; Ex Zone1 has a factory fixed passive mode and cannot be changed on-site.
All metal shielding for anti-interference
Aluminum sealed shell isolates power cables and frequency converters from strong electromagnetic interference, suitable for harsh working conditions in chemical and power plant analysis cabins.
Hardware fault self diagnosis
Built in wire breakage detection circuit, outputs a fixed fault current when the sensor is open/short circuited, and the system can recognize and alarm.
