1. Communication interface between the main driver board and the bridge hub
As the SDCC/DSPC driver main control board ↔ The MBI-IA multi bridge hub board serves as an intermediate bridge, coordinating the data exchange of multiple power bridges and managing the collaborative work of multiple parallel power converter bridges.
2. Encoder speed/position feedback processing
The onboard 2-channel encoder follows the circuit, collects the incremental encoder of the motor and the differential signal of the speed generator, decodes it into counting pulses and zero position mark signals, and sends them to the main control board to achieve high-precision speed closed-loop speed regulation.
3. Industrial analog signal conditioning
Receive 4-20mA and standard voltage transmitter signals from the site, and convert them into ± 5V/± 15V standard levels to supply to the drive controller; Built in filtering, wire breakage diagnosis, signal scaling potentiometer, adapted to process pressure, flow rate, and excitation feedback signals.
4. Fiber optic high-speed isolated synchronous communication (core feature)
Onboard 5 fiber optic transceiver ports, completely avoiding electromagnetic interference from high-voltage drive cabinets:
Two pairs of optical fibers: gray=transmit TX, blue=receive RX, used for synchronous triggering pulses between bridges to ensure synchronous conduction of multi power bridge thyristors/IGBTs;
5th independent fiber optic cable: dedicated to the main station ↔ Cross cabinet communication from the slave host;
Onboard DIP dip and jumper enable flexible configuration of fiber network topology.
