SNAT617CHC core functions
DC motor closed-loop operation (core)
Perform PID closed-loop operation for speed loop and current loop; Receive encoder speed feedback and armature current sampling signals, calculate SCR phase shift trigger command, and output low-voltage pulse signal to SNAT634PAC trigger board.
Whole machine parameter storage and configuration
Save all parameters of the speed controller: motor nameplate, current limit, ramp up and down speed, protection threshold; Equipped with EEPROM storage chip on the board, it can save parameters when powered off.
Whole machine fault diagnosis and protection logic
Collect various fault signals of the whole machine: overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, demagnetization, fan failure; Execute protection logic, output fault codes, issue blocking pulse instructions to the trigger board, and shut down the power unit for protection.
Local operation panel interface
Connect the speed controller panel to enable parameter reading, modification, and display of fault codes.
Internal board to board communication
Interact signals with SNAT634PAC trigger board, sampling board, and power board through the internal wiring of the whole machine; There is no external Profinet/MODBUS Ethernet interface.
