Main functions
1. Control logic execution

As the CPU of AC110/AC160 controller, PM633 is mainly responsible for:

User application execution
Sequential control logic
Analog quantity adjustment
PID control algorithm
Interlocking and protection logic
data acquisition and processing
Alarm and Event Management

Realize on-site I/O data collection, calculation, and control output.

2. Communication and Data Management

PM633 can be implemented through the ABB Advant system architecture:

Communicate with I/O modules
Connect with communication interfaces such as CI626/CI627
Connect to Advant Fieldbus 100 (AF100)
Exchange data with operator station and engineer station
Complete system status monitoring and diagnosis
