Emerson P155.R2 is a power supply module designed for Emerson Ovation distributed control system, compatible with WDPF II+, Ovation 2.x and Ovation 3.x platform. This PSU converts wide-range AC input into stable regulated DC power to feed Ovation controllers, I/O cards, communication modules and other rack components, widely used in power plant, boiler, turbine and petrochemical process control cabinets where continuous, uninterrupted power is required.

The P155.R2 accepts 85–264 VAC universal input with 47–63 Hz frequency, supporting global mains voltage. It provides multiple regulated DC outputs for Ovation rack backplane. Built-in overvoltage protection, overload protection and short-circuit protection safeguard downstream DCS hardware from surge and fault damage. LED status indicators clearly show power OK and fault status for fast on-site troubleshooting. It supports redundant parallel configuration together with matching Ovation power supplies, enabling N+1 redundant power architecture to eliminate single point of failure for critical control loops.

This Ovation P155.R2 module fits standard Ovation I/O rack, and also supports DIN rail installation inside control cabinets. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C, storage temperature -40°C to +85°C, IP20 rating for indoor cabinet installation. It is certified with CE, UL 61010-1 and IEC industrial standards, stable for long-term continuous operation in high-noise industrial environments. Hot-swap replacement is supported, you can replace the faulty power supply module without shutting down the whole rack, greatly reducing plant downtime during maintenance, retrofit and spare swap.

It is a critical spare part for Ovation DCS system overhaul, cabinet upgrade, redundant power setup and emergency breakdown replacement. We supply tested surplus, refurbished and available new P155.R2 units. Every module will go through full function testing before shipment, test report is available on request.
