Isolation, conditioning, and amplification of multiple analog signals
Collect weak signals such as valve side current, bus voltage, thyristor temperature, and cooling water temperature from the converter station. Equipped with a high-precision operational amplifier and photoelectric isolation circuit, it isolates strong electromagnetic interference from the high-voltage side. The signal isolation withstand voltage is ≥ 2500V AC to prevent the high-voltage series from burning out equipment in the main control system.
Hardware filtering and noise reduction processing
Multi stage RC+LC filtering circuit filters out harmonics from converter valve switches and interference from power grid clutter, ensuring linear and stable signal acquisition with an accuracy of up to 0.05%.
Real time diagnosis of fault disconnection
Built in channel disconnection, short circuit, and over range detection circuit. Any abnormal sensor circuit will immediately generate a fault code, which will be uploaded to the upper DCS/DC control protection system to trigger sound and light alarms or system interlocks.
Standardized signal output conversion
Convert the original weak signal into a standard industrial signal of 0-10V/4-20mA, adapt to the acquisition range of ABB main control card, and achieve compatibility and interoperability of multiple device signals.
Rack bus data exchange
Through the parallel bus on the backplane, high-speed communication is established with the HVDC main control unit and Advant DCS controller to upload real-time process measurement values, fault event records, and receive range calibration parameters issued by the system.
