The INFI90 DCS distributed digital IO station dedicated bus terminal matching substrate is the core component at the end of the logical IO station communication link. Without this module, faults such as bus signal reflection, IO disconnection, communication errors, and data loss may occur.
FieldBus fieldbus impedance termination
Perform standard impedance matching on the serial communication bus of NDLS02 IO slave station to eliminate long line transmission signal reflection and interference, ensuring synchronous and stable communication between multiple IO boards and the main control.
Multi node cascaded bus transfer
By using NKDS series dedicated flat cables, up to 8 NDLS02 digital input/output boards can be cascaded in a daisy chain and unified into the IMDSM0 main control communication card.
IO Station Centralized Power Distribution and Short Circuit Protection
Assign a unified 24VDC working power supply to all NDLS02 IO modules within the entire logic station, with single channel short-circuit independent fuse protection, which will not cause the entire station to shut down.
External on-site terminal signal summary and transfer
Provide multiple sets of standard connectors to unify the conversion of dry contact digital signals such as on-site valves, pumps, limit switches, relay feedback, etc., simplifying the wiring inside the cabinet.
Bus fault diagnosis and status reporting
Real time monitoring of bus disconnection, module offline, and power supply abnormal faults, uploading fault codes to the DCS operation station, and quickly locating the communication fault point of the IO station.
