1. Signal acquisition and isolation conditioning

2500Vrms photoelectric isolation, isolating high and low voltage ground loop interference
Built in second-order hardware filtering to suppress high-frequency electromagnetic noise from frequency converters and excitation cabinets
Signal linear compensation, zero point automatic calibration, acquisition accuracy ± 0.2%
2. Power device triggers driving
Output six independent thyristor/IGBT gate trigger pulse signals
Adjustable trigger pulse width and phase shift angle, compatible with fully controlled rectifier bridge
Each independent short circuit, overcurrent, and overtemperature hardware self-locking protection, single channel failure does not lock the entire board
Fault pulse blockade: When abnormal power devices are detected, the trigger signal is cut off in microseconds to protect the power unit
3. Digital IO circuit
8-way isolated digital input: 24VDC valve position, contactor, cooling fan status feedback
8-way isolated digital output: fan, heater, fault alarm relay drive
Input anti shake hardware filtering, output with continuous current absorption circuit adapted to inductive loads
