The standard unit is equipped with 3 IS220PPRAS1A redundant modules. If any two modules determine overspeed/system abnormality, they will immediately drive the TREA terminal board backup trip relay, cut off the fuel/steam shut-off valve, and form a dual ETS barrier independent of the PTUR main protection circuit.
Main controller watchdog monitoring
Real time monitoring of PTUR main protection and main control CPU operation status; When the main control loses contact, crashes, or the program runs out, a backup trip signal is automatically output to ensure the safety of the unit.
Full channel hardware self diagnosis
Panel indicator lights: PWR power supply, ATTN fault, ENET1/ENET2 link; Real time reporting of MPU probe disconnection, circuit short circuit, network interruption, module overheating, overspeed warning, and local Flash cache upload of fault events to HMI.
Uninterrupted online replacement and automatic synchronization configuration
After hot plugging replacement, the overspeed setting and trip threshold are automatically synchronized from the controller, without the need for manual parameter download (the old PPROH1A requires manual download).
