Function
Real time signal processing: high-speed acquisition and processing of sensor signals (speed, temperature, pressure, vibration) to achieve turbine speed/load/fuel control.
Drive direct control: Control power converters and high-performance drives, regulate key components such as excitation and valve actuators.
Redundancy and diagnosis: onboard fault diagnosis, LED status indication, supporting system redundancy switching, ensuring safe start stop and protection of the unit.
System communication: Dual backplane connectors for high-speed data exchange with Mark V system I/O board and main control board.

Hardware architecture
Processor: High performance DSP core, responsible for high-frequency signal operation and control logic.
Daughter board design: including signal conditioning daughter board (scaling, buffering, isolation), pre-processing signals for DSP use.
Interface panel: The front panel is equipped with I/O interfaces, LED indicator lights, reset buttons, and fixing screws.
Connectors: 2 backplane connectors used for power and system communication.
