1. Channel and signal acquisition
Channel configuration: 8 differential inputs, strong resistance to common mode interference
Measurement range (independent switching of single channel software)
Linear millivolt: -30mV~+75mV
Support thermocouple indexing numbers: B, C, E, J, K, N, R, S, T (a total of 9 types)
AI835A adds three types of high-temperature thermocouples: D, L, and U
Input impedance:>1 M Ω, suitable for weak thermoelectric potential signals
Isolation specification: Channel to ground group isolation, rated isolation 50V DC
2. Cold end compensation CJC (core function)
The 8th channel can be switched to a cold end compensation channel, with an external 4-wire Pt100 measuring terminal for ambient temperature, and automatic compensation for thermocouples in channels 1-7
Three compensation modes are available:
Local terminal RTD automatic compensation (most commonly used on site)
Remote external CJ temperature compensation
Fixed fixed temperature compensation (manually input ambient temperature)
Built in disconnection diagnosis: Real time reporting of thermocouple disconnection and compensation resistor disconnection
