Function
1. On site switch quantity collection+on-site equipment drive
Lower level local IO acquisition+execution output, receiving logic instructions from the main control board (1TGE120010R1000), completing pump/fan/valve start stop interlock control.
2. Backplane bus communication (inside the chassis)
By exchanging data with the MControl main control CPU through the rack backplane, signals are collected and uploaded to the DCS upper level, and switch instructions are issued; External RS485 serial port, Modbus RTU, DNP3 protocol, can be connected to third-party instruments/local small PLCs.
3. Hardware self diagnosis+fault alarm
Panel LED: power, operation, communication, channel fault indicator lights; Local alarm for short circuit, disconnection, and abnormal power supply in a single channel, uploading fault codes to the backend, and blocking abnormal output to prevent misoperation.
4. Power off logic maintenance
The key interlocking parameters are stored on the board, and the original control logic is automatically resumed after a short-term power loss. The power plant boiler interlocking and auxiliary equipment protection are standard requirements.
