GE SW1-31 is a legacy rack-mounted printed circuit board within the GE Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control platform, also referenced by drawing number ECS1737-3. It integrates two core functions: local switch-mode power regulation and AC line synchronization reference signal selection.

This board selects and routes the proper AC synchronization reference signal to SDCC and LDCC daughter boards, which is essential for turbine excitation and drive control. It features configurable jumpers to adapt to different drive types: DC2000 / ME2000 using DCFB line voltage source, or EX2000 using TCCB generated reference signal. Jumper JP2 provides AC contactor dropout delay (~100ms), ensuring contactor opens after current zero crossing to prevent arc damage and premature disconnection. GE has ended original production of this board. We supply surplus and fully bench-tested SW1-31 units for legacy power plant turbine control cabinet maintenance and retrofit.
