Core Functionality
As an emergency trip solenoid valve power drive terminal board, it outputs controlled DC positive power to up to 3 unit trip solenoid valves; The TRPG board is responsible for the negative end circuit of the solenoid valve, and the combination of the two forms a complete trip drive circuit.
Receive the trip door control signal from the TREA trip board, and the hardware circuit implements the trip door logic. Once triggered, the power supply to the trip solenoid valve is cut off, and the unit performs an emergency shutdown.
Onboard circuit current monitoring and disconnection diagnosis, capable of detecting open and short circuit faults in solenoid valve coils. Fault information is uploaded to ToolboxST, and the board comes with a built-in status LED to visually indicate the circuit status.
PCB triple anti coating, built-in surge suppression and EMI filtering, resistant to strong electromagnetic interference from power plant cabinets.
Front end high current spring terminal connected to the on-site cable of the trip solenoid valve; Connect the IDC ribbon connector between boards to the TREA processor terminal board.
Does not support hot swapping, maintenance and replacement must be powered off; Static sensitive devices require anti-static grounding during disassembly and assembly operations.
