Equipped with 16 independent pulse/frequency/speed input channels, it can be directly connected to encoders, speed probes, and proximity switches to collect real-time rotating equipment speed, pulse counting, and frequency signals, with high measurement accuracy and fast response speed.

The whole board is coated with three anti moisture layers, with 2kV channel isolation, suitable for strong electromagnetic interference fields such as power plants, metallurgy, fans, compressors, etc. The pulse signal acquisition is stable without loss.
3. Multi bus communication docking
Supports industrial buses such as Profibus DP, Modbus RTU, RS485, etc., with real-time data upload to the AC800M/800xA main control, enabling remote speed monitoring, overspeed protection, and operation data recording.
