Function
High precision tension acquisition and closed-loop control
Compatible with strain gauge tension sensor, measuring range 0~10kN, tension control accuracy ± 0.1%, response speed<10ms, stable tension of film, paper, metal foil, cable, lithium battery pole piece and other rolls during operation, eliminating defects such as breakage and uneven thickness.
Integrated power supply and drive output
Built in 30W isolated and regulated power supply, input 24VDC (18~32VDC wide voltage), stable output 24VDC to power the entire tension sensing circuit; The maximum output load current is 10A, which can directly drive the magnetic powder clutch and brake to achieve tension adjustment.
Multi bus industrial communication
Supports RS232, CAN2.0B, Modbus TCP, Profibus DP, and can be connected to ABB 800xA/AC800M DCS system to remotely read tension data, modify control parameters, and upload fault codes.
Local convenient calibration and debugging
Support on-site zero point reset, full-scale calibration, multi-level digital filtering (15/30/75/250/750/1500ms) adjustable, and can complete all tension parameter settings without the need for an upper computer.
