Unified distribution of rack power supply and fuse protection
Equipped with a built-in 24VDC input circuit fuse, it distributes working power to all digital/analog IO modules of the entire machine rack. In the event of a short circuit, it fuses separately to protect the entire machine’s IO station, without affecting the controller host.
Centralized indication of overall machine status
The panel integrates power, communication, and fault LED indicator lights to quickly and intuitively determine rack power supply, bus communication, and module faults, replacing checking IO module indicator lights one by one.NMTU-21C
External signal terminal expansion
Multiple sets of European style wiring terminals can be connected to external 24V sensor power supply, emergency stop interlock, rack door control switch and other auxiliary digital signals, which can be uniformly summarized and uploaded to the DCS system.
Rack mechanical limit and expansion interface  NMTU-21C
Installed at the far right end of the S800 rack, it serves as a mechanical stopper to limit the position and reserves a fiber optic Module Bus expansion interface, which can cascade a second set of IO rack expansion channels. NMTU-21C
