16 channel optoelectronic isolated collector open circuit solid-state output
No mechanical relay, using transistor solid-state circuit, suitable for high-frequency frequent action loads (solenoid valves, pulse indicator lights, servo switches), no contact erosion problem.
Supporting on-site load voltage: 24VDC/48VDC compatible

Group isolation architecture
12 completely independent isolation routes; The remaining 4 channels are divided into two groups of common anodes, suitable for multi circuit common ground wiring; Channel and system logic side 2500VAC optoelectronic isolation to prevent on-site interference from entering the backplane bus.
Complete channel self diagnosis
Real time detection of output short circuit, overload, and disconnection faults, uploading fault codes to IMMFP/BRC controller, and triggering pop-up alarms on the upper screen; The panel has 16 independent red LEDs, which intuitively display the on/off status of each channel.
High speed I/O bus communication
Interacting with the main controller through the cage I/O expansion bus, the output refresh rate is less than 10ms, meeting the requirements of sequential control and pulse fast control scenarios.
