The DSPC172H main CPU is responsible for logic interlocking, sequential control, and I/O scheduling; DSPC406 independently processes intensive floating-point operations, significantly improving system control cycle speed.
MasterBus300 Backplane Bus Interaction
Real time exchange of set values, feedback values, and calculation results between the high-speed bus inside the rack and the main control CPU through bidirectional data exchange.
Independent local communication interface
Equipped with RS232/RS485 debugging port, it can independently download DSP algorithm programs, export operation curves and diagnostic data.
Complete hardware self diagnosis
Onboard status LED, hardware watchdog, active reporting of main CPU alarm for computation overflow, communication interruption, and memory failure.
