High speed response+contact stabilization filtering
Signal level switching response ≤ 3ms; hardware anti shake filtering time can be set by software to filter out mechanical contact shaking and false triggering. It also supports event interrupt mode, and the instantaneous displacement signal is immediately uploaded to the CPU, suitable for interlocking and pulse alarm acquisition.
Full channel level hardware self diagnosis
Each channel is equipped with an independent status LED; Real time detection of open circuit, short circuit, overvoltage, and disconnection faults in the circuit, uploading fault codes to the AC410/AC450 main control, and directly locating the fault channel in the control room, greatly reducing maintenance downtime.
MXB backplane high-speed bus interaction
Paired with DSBB110A/DSBB175 backplane bus, real-time bidirectional transmission of switch status with the main control, independent hardware processing of acquisition tasks, without occupying controller logic scanning resources, ensuring real-time closed-loop control.
