Function
HMI and main control bridge communication: frequency converter panel ↔ UAC389 main control board data transfer, issuing start stop, speed, parameter setting instructions, uploading operating parameters and fault codes.
Serial port protocol conversion: internal bus ↔ RS232/RS485 protocol conversion, on-site panel debugging, and program download via serial port connection to the upper computer.
Button and display signal processing: Collect button signals from the operation panel, parse them, and forward them to the main control; Receive main control operation data, drive panel digital tube/indicator light to display current, voltage, and fault codes.
Fault pre-processing and forwarding: Preliminary identification of panel side faults, local alarm for short circuits/communication abnormalities, and important faults packaged and uploaded to the main control record for archiving.
System debugging interface: Reserved local debugging port, online calibration of variable frequency parameters and firmware upgrade for tooling, without the need to disassemble the main control board.
Positioning: Human computer interaction intermediate layer, only for communication transfer, not involved in power circuit logic control.
