1. IGCT gate drive (core)
Receive main control fiber pulse signals, generate positive and negative bipolar driving voltages, control IGCT on/off, and achieve high-voltage power inversion; Onboard isolated power supply, self extracting working power supply from high-voltage DC bus, strong and weak electrical isolation.

2. Real time detection of device faults
Monitor IGCT short circuit, open gate, and abnormal driving undervoltage;
Immediately block the drive pulse after the malfunction, transmit the fault code back to the main control unit through the fiber optic cable, and the whole machine will report a fault and stop for protection.

3. Status feedback and fiber optic communication
Dual fiber optic transceiver: Upstream uploads IGCT temperature, fault, and operating status; Downward reception of main control speed control pulse instructions, fully fiber optic isolation to resist high voltage interference.

4. IGCT temperature acquisition protection
Onboard temperature measurement circuit, collecting IGCT chip temperature, reducing power or shutting down in advance due to overheating to prevent thermal breakdown of power devices.

5. Buffer and peak absorption
Integrated RC absorption circuit, suppresses peak voltage of IGCT switch, and protects power devices from overvoltage breakdown.
