Function
1. Level conversion
On site 110VAC contact signal → board voltage reduction rectification → standard 24VDC level, compatible with ABB MControl (1TGE120010R/20R) DI input circuit, solves the problem of high and low voltage signal mismatch.
2. Electrical isolation and anti-interference
Optoelectronic isolation of 2500V, to isolate strong electrical interference and surges on site, prevent 110V from entering and burning out the main control/IO board, and provide necessary protection for boiler auxiliary equipment and valve feedback circuits.
3. Auxiliary low-power distribution
Onboard voltage stabilization circuit provides isolated 24VDC power supply for nearby small local transmitters and indicator lights, with a maximum output of 5A per circuit.
