As a core feeder protection device, the terminal provides a full range of fundamental protection functions, including:

Overcurrent protection

Short-circuit protection

Overvoltage and undervoltage protection

Non-directional ground fault protection

Three-phase cable thermal overload protection

These functions can effectively address common distribution feeder faults. The terminal also supports 1–3 cycles of automatic reclosing (AR) and integrates circuit breaker failure protection and trip-circuit supervision, enabling rapid fault response, trip status locking, and timely alarm signaling to minimize system impact.
