Comprehensive Motor Protection

The device provides complete electrical protection for motors, covering overload, short-circuit, ground-fault, and phase-sequence/phase-imbalance conditions. Motor winding temperatures are continuously monitored through RTD sensors to prevent thermal damage. For high-inertia loads or applications requiring extended acceleration time, the overload curve can be customized to ensure accurate protection under special startup characteristics. In addition, the system detects mechanical abnormalities such as shaft jamming, pump cavitation, or fan airflow interruption, effectively preventing secondary equipment failures.

Convenient Operation and Monitoring

A 48-character alphanumeric LCD display paired with a 12-key operation panel enables intuitive control. Operators can switch to the “actual value” mode to view real-time motor parameters, or enter the “set value” mode to adjust trip thresholds, alarm values, and other configuration settings. Clear logic flow enhances ease of use. The device captures real-time phase currents, winding temperatures, and other critical operating data to support predictive maintenance and help operators identify potential risks early.

High Adaptability and Easy System Integration

Equipped with an RS-485 communication interface, the unit integrates seamlessly with upper-level automation systems such as PLCs and DCS, supporting centralized monitoring and control architectures. Its modular structural design simplifies installation, commissioning, and transportation, while ensuring compatibility with various control cabinet layouts. Even in constrained installation spaces, the compact structure enables flexible deployment across diverse industrial environments.
