General Description
The SiC Two-Wire Flame Sensor (Flame Tracker) is a rugged, industrial-grade ultraviolet flame detector designed for continuous flame monitoring in harsh combustion environments.
Using silicon carbide (SiC) UV photodiode technology, the sensor reliably detects ultraviolet radiation emitted by flames from heavy oil, low-calorific-value fuels, and gas turbine combustion systems.
The device outputs a 4–20 mA two-wire signal, enabling long-distance transmission, intrinsic simplicity, and seamless integration with turbine and industrial control systems.
