The SD Series HPC800 Controller is a high-performance, high-capacity process controller designed to meet complete plant control requirements — from discrete and continuous control to batch and advanced process control applications.

Its powerful controller environment supports data- and program-intensive operations, ensuring reliable performance even under demanding process conditions. Comprehensive redundancy options are available across the control, I/O, and communication levels, providing exceptional system flexibility and availability.

The HPC800 supports a wide range of I/O configurations and delivers scalable automation solutions suitable for plants of all sizes. It can simultaneously interface with DIN-style I/O modules and traditional Rack I/O modules, while also integrating intelligent field devices—such as smart transmitters, actuators, IEDs, and third-party PLCs—through industry-standard fieldbuses and networks.
