Functional Description
The 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor I/O Module provides power excitation, signal conditioning, and digital conversion for keyphasor (key phase) sensors. It supplies sensor power to up to two probes, acquires shaft reference pulse signals, and converts them into digital keyphasor signals for use by 3500 monitoring modules and diagnostic tools.
These digital reference signals enable accurate calculation of shaft speed, 1X vibration amplitude, and phase, and support synchronous monitoring of rotating shaft systems.
