TMR Triple Redundancy Architecture: Each channel is processed in parallel by three independent circuits, and output through hardware 2oo3 voting. A single point of failure does not affect safety functions.
HART protocol support: Can communicate with intelligent valve positioners (such as Fisher DVC6000) to achieve remote configuration, calibration, and diagnosis.
High precision output: 0.1% accuracy, temperature drift compensation, meeting precision control requirements.
Channel independent isolation: 500 VDC optoelectronic isolation per channel, resistant to common mode interference, suitable for strong electromagnetic interference field.
Comprehensive diagnosis: Real time monitoring of output circuit, power supply, and module status, reporting faults to the controller and triggering alarms.
Flexible configuration: Output range, fault safety value, and HART parameters can be configured through TriStation 1131, and online modification is supported.
Fault safety design: It can be configured to output preset safety values (such as 4 mA/20 mA/hold) in the event of a fault, ensuring safe actions are taken under hazardous conditions.
