TMR Triple Redundancy Architecture: Each channel is processed in parallel by three independent circuits, and output through hardware 2oo3 voting. A single point of failure does not affect safety functions.
High precision output: 12 bit resolution,<0.25% full-scale accuracy, meeting precision control requirements.
Comprehensive diagnosis: Built in current feedback circuit, real-time monitoring of output circuit status; Provide open circuit detection (LOAD indicator light) and channel fault diagnosis. When there is a fault, light up the Fault indicator light and trigger the rack alarm.
Redundant power supply support: dual circuit power input (PWR1/PWR2), with independent power supply and fuse indicator light, improving power supply reliability.
Fault safety design: It can be configured to output preset safety values in case of faults, ensuring safe actions are taken under dangerous working conditions.
Flexible configuration: Configure output range and fault safety values through TriStation 1131, supporting online modification and download.

Emergency Shutdown System (ESD): Control of emergency shut-off valves and regulating valves for chemical, petrochemical, and oil and gas platforms.
