Core functionality
Multi type vibration measurement: supports four measurement types: pulse acceleration, reciprocating acceleration, reciprocating speed, and low-frequency reciprocating speed, adapting to the vibration monitoring needs of different parts of reciprocating machinery.
Paired programming of channels: 4 channels are configured in pairs, which can simultaneously monitor 2 different parameters and flexibly adapt to the monitoring scenarios of complex reciprocating machinery.
Programmable alarm protection: Each channel can independently set alarm/danger thresholds, and when triggered, an alarm signal is output through a relay to achieve rapid response to equipment overload, abnormal vibration, and other faults.
System diagnosis and status feedback: Real time monitoring of module operation status, sensor signal quality, and feedback of fault information through LED indicator lights (power, operation, alarm, communication) for quick problem location.
Data integration and analysis: By communicating with the interface module through the 3500 rack bus, vibration data is uploaded to System 1 software, supporting trend analysis and fault diagnosis, and assisting in predictive maintenance.

Petrochemical industry: Vibration monitoring of reciprocating compressor crankcase and crosshead, timely detection of valve leakage, piston wear, excessive bearing clearance and other faults, ensuring long-term operation.
