Key points of engineering configuration and wiring
Hardware Installation
Installed in the corresponding card slot of the 3500 frame, paired with the rear terminal board to ensure normal power supply and communication of the backplane.
Sensor side: Connect the eddy current sensor probe, extension cable, and preamplifier to the rear terminal board; The earthquake sensor is directly connected to the rear terminal board, and the shielded wire is grounded at one end to avoid electromagnetic interference.
Software Configuration (System 1)
Register the front-end module and back-end terminal board, assign backplane addresses, and pair up channel measurement types, sensitivity, range, and alarm thresholds.
Configure 4-20mA/0-10V output range to match external control system requirements.
