Sensor compatibility
The module supports both eddy current proximity probes (for shaft vibration and displacement monitoring) and seismic sensors (for casing/shell vibration monitoring). This enables comprehensive condition monitoring of rotating machinery.
Signal processing
Input signals are filtered, amplified, and linearized to achieve high-accuracy measurement with an accuracy of ±0.02 % FS + 2 dB, ensuring stable and reliable data under industrial operating conditions.
Alarm and interlocking functions
Supports multi-level alarm threshold configuration. Based on measured values, the module can trigger alarm or shutdown (trip) signals, meeting the protection requirements of critical equipment.
Fault diagnostics
Provides real-time monitoring of sensor and module status. Fault events are recorded via System 1 software, enabling post-event analysis and predictive maintenance.
System integration
Seamlessly integrates within the Bently Nevada 3500 system and interfaces with external PLC/DCS platforms. Suitable for rotating machinery protection systems in power generation, petrochemical, and metallurgical industries.
