TMR Security Collection
Each input is collected in parallel by three independent circuits and output through 2oo3 voting. Single channel/module failures do not affect the safe operation of the system, meeting SIL 3 requirements and adapting to critical scenarios such as ESD and BMS.
Broadband high-precision measurement
Covering 0.5 Hz-32 kHz, it is suitable for full range speed monitoring from low-speed pumps to high-speed turbines, with an accuracy of ± 0.01%, ensuring reliable triggering of overspeed protection.
Sensor compatibility
Directly connected to magnetic electric (MPU) and Hall type speed sensors, without the need for external signal conditioning, simplifying on-site wiring.
Comprehensive diagnosis and SOE
Real time monitoring of channel disconnection, short circuit, and signal loss, automatic reporting of faults to the main controller, supporting SOE recording and time synchronization for quick positioning and traceability.
Hot swapping and online maintenance
During operation, it can be directly plugged and replaced, and the system automatically synchronizes without stopping, improving system availability.

Application
Overspeed protection for rotating equipment: overspeed interlock for steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, and pumps (such as emergency shutdown at 110% rated speed).
Zero speed monitoring: equipment start stop control, turning logic, and prevention of load start.
Speed control: turbine speed regulation, compressor anti surge control, pump speed closed-loop regulation.
Safety Instrumented System (SIS): Petrochemical, Refining LNG、 Key unit safety interlocking in the power industry.
Dangerous area: In conjunction with ATEX/IECEx certified racks, used for speed signal acquisition in explosion-proof zone 1/2.
4、 Selection and Configuration Points
System compatibility: compatible with Tricon v8/v9/v10/v11, used in conjunction with 3008/3009 main controllers and 8312 power modules.
Sensor configuration: Set input type (magneto electric/Hall), gear teeth, speed range, filtering time, and fail safe mode (hold/predefined values) through TriStation.
Wiring specifications:
Magnetic electric type: two-wire system, shielded wire with single end grounded to avoid strong electromagnetic interference;
Hall type: three wire system (power supply+signal), ensuring stable 24V DC power supply;
Sensor installation clearance: recommended for magneto electric type is 0.5-1.5 mm, for Hall type it is 0.5-2 mm.
Redundant configuration: It is recommended to use module level redundancy (dual PI3381 parallel) for key units to further improve availability.
