Each input is collected in parallel by three independent circuits and output through 2oo3 voting. Single channel/single module faults do not affect the safe operation of the system and meet SIL 3 requirements.
Channel isolation and anti-interference
1500V AC isolation between channels effectively suppresses on-site surges and common mode interference, and is suitable for industrial strong electromagnetic environments.
Comprehensive diagnosis and status reporting
Real time monitoring of channel disconnection, short circuit, overvoltage/undervoltage, uploading fault information to the controller, supporting SOE recording and alarm, facilitating quick problem location.
Flexible signal adaptation
Compatible with dry contacts (such as emergency buttons, limit switches) and active 24V DC input, supports Sinking/Routing wiring, and is compatible with various field devices.
Hot swapping and online maintenance
During operation, it can be directly plugged and replaced without stopping the machine. It is configured with automatic synchronization to ensure the continuous operation of the system.
Application
Safety Instrumented System (SIS): ESD emergency shutdown, BMS burner management, F&G fire and gas detection, collecting emergency button, cut-off valve position, flame/gas detector status.
