Comprehensive diagnosis and alarm: Real time monitoring of module/communication/memory status, supporting SOE recording and time synchronization, fault signals can be uploaded to the upper computer, shortening troubleshooting time.
Flexible communication integration: Modbus master/slave mode adapts to third-party devices, Ethernet port is used for programming/diagnostics, and supports data exchange with DCS/PLC.
Hot swappable maintenance: Online replacement without program download, system automatic synchronization, suitable for non-stop maintenance scenarios.

Key unit control: gas turbine/steam turbine overspeed protection, compressor anti surge, millisecond level logic execution to avoid equipment damage.
High availability process: LNG receiving station FPSO、 The nuclear power auxiliary system and TMR architecture reduce the risk of shutdown.
Heterogeneous system interconnection: Data exchange between SIS and DCS/PLC is achieved through Modbus/Ethernet, supporting centralized monitoring and safety interlocking.
