Screen Specifications

The terminal is equipped with a 10-inch color active-matrix TFT display with an effective display area of 211 × 158 mm and a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels (VGA). The display clearly presents industrial equipment operating data, process states, and system information.
It adopts a thin-film resistive touchscreen with a sensing matrix of 24 columns × 16 rows, where each touch unit measures 26 × 30 pixels. The touchscreen is rated for approximately 1 million touch activations, making it suitable for frequent industrial operation.

Backlight Configuration

The display uses a cold cathode fluorescent (CCFL) backlight, offering a half-life of up to 50,000 hours at 25 °C. The backlight is field-replaceable, allowing easy on-site maintenance and reducing overall equipment downtime and lifecycle costs.

Hardware and Storage

The terminal provides 310 KB of application runtime memory and 1008 KB of non-volatile memory, which can store application objects, text, bitmap graphics, and other configuration data. This capacity meets the program and data storage requirements of basic industrial control applications.
In addition, the device supports external ATA Flash cards, enabling storage expansion for historical data, alarm logs, and extended application content.

The unit weighs approximately 3.63 kg and adopts an embedded mounting design. Adequate clearance should be provided during installation to ensure proper heat dissipation and allow for future maintenance access.

The terminal operates on a 18–32 V DC input, with a nominal voltage of 24 V DC, making it compatible with standard industrial DC power systems and tolerant of typical voltage fluctuations encountered on-site.

Environmental Protection and Durability

The enclosure meets an IP54 protection rating and complies with NEMA 12, NEMA 13, and NEMA 4X (indoor use) standards. It effectively protects against dust ingress and splashing water, making it suitable for dusty and mildly humid industrial environments.
The device is designed to withstand harsh operating conditions, including:
