IS210BPPCH1AC (BPPC board) is the I/O Pack Processor Daughterboard built for GE Speedtronic Mark VIe turbine control system, serving as core computing unit inside UCPA (Universal Control and Protection Application) I/O packs. It is the upgraded successor of legacy BPPB processor board with enhanced processing performance for distributed I/O signal handling.
This PCB is designed to be embedded inside Mark VIe I/O packs. It accepts 9–16 VDC input with nominal 12VDC power supply, equipped with an onboard temperature sensor and dual Ethernet IONet communication ports. Two-color status LEDs (red/green ATTN indicators) provide visual diagnostics, featuring multiple flash patterns for fault and runtime status identification. It works together with various I/O daughter cards including YAICS1B, YDIAS1B, YDOAS1B and PVIBH1B, executing local signal filtering, limit checking and voting algorithms to reduce workload of the main turbine controller.
Suffix H1AC represents H1 hardware revision and AC factory configuration variant. The conformal coated PCB is ruggedized for power plant cabinet environments, resisting vibration, humidity and EMI noise. It supports Simplex, Dual redundant and TMR triple modular redundant system topologies, compatible with ControlST / ToolboxST software suite for configuration, trending and alarm management. Continuous self-diagnosis monitors CPU health, onboard power supply and communication link, pushing diagnostic data and fault alarms to ToolboxST and turbine HMI.
