Core Functionality
Hardware 2oo3 (two out of three) voting trip circuit, receiving X/Y/Z three-way controller trip instructions, independent hardware logic judgment, not relying on software, to achieve hard emergency shutdown of the unit, as a backup trip link for the controller.
Onboard sealed SPDT Form-C relay output drives external trip solenoid valves, emergency stop circuits, and alarm output contacts.
Complete channel hardware diagnosis: relay coil open circuit, short circuit, contact adhesion back reading detection, each channel configuration status LED indicator light, ToolboxST can read fault diagnosis information.
Provide multiple alarm discrete inputs, collect auxiliary and system alarm hard contact signals; Built in surge suppression, EMI filtering, PCB with three anti coating, suitable for harsh environments in power plant cabinets.
High density IDC connectors between boards are connected to URH processor I/O packs; Front end high current pluggable spring terminals are connected to on-site cables.
Does not support hot swapping, maintenance and replacement must be powered off; Static sensitive devices must be disassembled and grounded to prevent static electricity.
