Core Functionality
Collect on-site signals related to unit safety protection: speed probe, pressure transmitter, temperature, vibration, emergency stop hard contacts, condition and isolate the on-site signals, and send them to the VPRO protection processor card for protection logic calculation.
Onboard signal conditioning, EMI filtering, channel ground isolation, suppress on-site interference in power plants, and avoid protection misoperation.
Support TMR the third mock examination redundancy architecture, which can be used for SIL ‑ 3 unit safety system; Channel hardware diagnosis, detecting wire breakage, short circuit, and out of range faults, which can trigger alarms and isolate faulty channels.
Front end pluggable European style terminal block for on-site cable connection; High density connectors between boards are used to connect VPRO processor cards.
The PCB machine is coated with three anti coatings (CBB version features) to adapt to high humidity, dust, and vibration cabinet environments in power plants.
