1. Power conversion and rack power supply
Convert 110-230V AC/DC input to 19-25V DC and provide it to the entire controller through the backplane CPU、I/O、 Centralized power supply for communication module, rated at 20W/1A.
Fanless design, 7 × 24 hours continuous operation, low output ripple, providing pure DC power to DCS board.
2. Multiple hardware protections
Overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, overheating protection; Automatically turn off the output in case of malfunction, protecting all boards in the rack, and equipped with replaceable fuses.
Input voltage fluctuation tolerance:+10%/-15%, maintaining stable output under grid fluctuations.
3. Diagnostic indication of operating status
Panel LED indicator light: normal power input and output, fault alarm, visually judge the quality of the module.
The fault status can be reported to the system through the backplane for easy maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. System adaptation and installation
Rack mounted card, directly inserted into Advant rack, backplane bus power output, no need for additional wiring to the board.
