Centralized processing of I/O data for the entire station
Through the internal I/O expansion bus of the cage, poll and read all AI/DI/pulse cards (IMASI23, IMFEC12, IMDSI14, IMDSM04), and issue DO output instructions (IMDSO14, IMDS003).
Closed loop PID regulation operation
Built in standard PID, cascade, ratio, feedforward, square root, temperature and pressure compensation algorithms, driving on-site regulating valves, combined with IISAC01 to achieve local manual/automatic disturbance free switching.
Sequential control logic and interlocking operation
Support ladder diagrams, function block sequential control programs, complete pump/fan start/stop, valve interlocking, ESD/BMS safety logic judgment, and output interlocking actions.
System bus communication
Two independent INFI-NET buses enable data exchange with other control stations, operation stations, and BRC bridge controllers; Redundant bus avoids single channel communication interruption and shutdown.
Fault diagnosis and event caching
Real time collection of all I/O card faults, channel disconnections, power alarms, storage of historical alarms, recording of event sequence SOE, and uploading to the upper HMI.
Redundant hot standby architecture
The cabinet can be equipped with two IMMFP12, one main and one backup. In the event of a main controller failure, the backup MFP can switch without disturbance, without interrupting regulation and interlocking.
