TMR Security Output
Each output is driven in parallel by three independent circuits and output through 2oo3 voting. Single channel/single module faults do not affect safety actions and meet SIL 3 requirements. It is suitable for critical scenarios such as ESD, BMS, F&G.
High current drive
Single channel maximum 3.0 A output, can directly drive solenoid valves and high-power relays, without the need for external power amplification modules, simplifying system design.
Comprehensive isolation and protection
Channel system 800 V DC isolation, suppressing ground current and electromagnetic interference; Built in short circuit/overcurrent protection to prevent module damage caused by on-site faults.
High speed response and diagnosis
Response time ≤ 5 ms, meeting the requirements of fast safety interlocking; Support real-time monitoring of channel status, automatic reporting of faults, and SOE recording for quick location and traceability.
Hot swapping and online maintenance
During operation, it can be directly plugged and replaced, and the system automatically synchronizes without stopping, improving system availability.

Application
Emergency Shutdown System (ESD): Emergency shutdown interlock for petrochemical, refining, and LNG plants, driving shut-off valves and emergency shutdown actuators.
Safety interlock control: compressor anti surge, reactor over temperature/over pressure protection, tank high and low liquid level interlock.
Alarm and indication: Safety alarm light, buzzer driver, status indicator output.
Valve control: Safety control of on/off valves and solenoid valves to ensure rapid shutdown under hazardous conditions.
Dangerous area: In conjunction with ATEX/IECEx certified racks, used for safety output control in explosion-proof zone 1/2.
