Safety and Diagnosis: Built in comprehensive self checking and fault diagnosis, real-time monitoring of module status, communication link, and memory integrity, supporting sequence of events (SOE) recording and time synchronization for easy fault tracing.
Hot swappable maintenance: supports online module replacement, configuration parameters are stored in the controller, and there is no need to download again after replacement, suitable for non-stop maintenance scenarios.
Protocol compatibility: Supports Modbus master/slave mode, compatible with third-party device interconnection; Expand Ethernet/IP, PROFIBUS DP and other protocols through communication modules (such as TCM) to enhance system integration capabilities.
Program execution: Supports parallel execution of multiple applications, with a maximum of 8192 variables per program, compatible with Boolean, integer, floating-point and other data types, and suitable for complex control algorithms.
