This module is responsible for rack-level I/O bus management in HIMA Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). It coordinates communication between the F-CPU / F-COM and all I/O modules, forwards process data, provides a safety-related watchdog signal, and supervises the rack power supply to ensure fail-safe operation.
