Monitoring Function
Real-time acquisition of rotational speed signals from rotating machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, and fans. Provides dual-level protection consisting of a first-level overspeed alarm and a second-level overspeed shutdown.
Signal Input
Supports magneto-electric speed sensors (e.g. Bently Nevada 3300/10, 7200 series). Standard configuration includes three independent speed input channels with redundant design to enhance system reliability.
Protection Logic
Configurable overspeed thresholds (percentage of rated speed or absolute speed), adjustable delay time, and support for both manual and automatic reset modes. Includes built-in fault self-diagnosis and channel health monitoring.
Output Capability
Equipped with configurable dry-contact relay outputs for alarm and shutdown signals. Outputs can be directly interfaced with the unit Emergency Shutdown System (ESD).
System Compatibility
Fully compatible with the Bently Nevada 3500/05 system rack and power supply, and the 3500/22 communication module. Supports PROFIBUS, Modbus, and 4–20 mA analog outputs, enabling seamless integration with DCS and PLC systems.
